Director of Business Development
Seeks to understand and define the goals and objectives for your construction project. Works in Partnership with the Project Manager, Estimator and Client from pre-bid to project completion. Provides consistent communication throughout your project to confirm all expectations for service and quality are exceeded.

Estimator
Attends on-site meetings to establish a clear and detailed scope of work being performed. Assesses the project details with the Director of Business Development. Actively pinpoints and implements cost savings for you. Solicits and reviews all subcontractor bids, finding the most qualified subcontractors with the best value.

Project Manager
Maintains accountability for all project details including budget and pricing. Develops and executes the project schedule..Directs the progress meetings and manages the Project Team.

Superintendent
Guarantees full-time representation and assistance on the jobsite. Manages day-to-day scheduling of subcontractors and certifies quality execution of details.

Purchasing Agent
Orders, tracks and obtains materials, tools and equipment to enable the Project Manager and Superintendent focus on day-to-day project execution.

Operations Assistant
Participates with all correspondence, documentation and contracts.
