  3. Prepare Proposal.
    We take the time to prepare a design/build proposal tailored exactly for you.
  4. Present Proposal.
    We present you a proposal with a guaranteed maximum dollar investment.
  5. Agreement accepted then Construction Begins.
  6. Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is established eliminating client concerns of cost overruns.
